Patrick Homes makes building a home an enjoyable experience. The way we do this is constant communication, on time deliveries and quality trades people. After you decide on a lot and which type of home you want to build, you are given a schedule that tells you the dates you'll need for selections, when and which trade will be on the job that day and finally the finished date of your new custom home. Another way we stay orginized is to have periodic meetings and walk-thrus throughout the construction process. This is to insure the home is being built to the customer's satisfaction, selections are finalized at the right time and also to inform the customer about the building process.

REALIABILITY counts when it comes the service portion of your new custom home. Since Patrick Homes only builds 8-12 custom homes per year, you as the customer are entitled execellent completion times on your service. OUR GOAL IS YOUR SATISFACTION. If there are items on the punchlist at the move-in walk-thru they can usually be taken care of that day. Upon moving in we keep contact with you to make sure if any additional punch items appear they are taken care of in a timely manner.
